About the organization
Gamma Workout was born in Caracas, Venezuela, on March of 2016, as an initiative made up by a group of sport lovers, who did not feel satisfied with the traditional training methods, so they decided to apply an integral training regime which could help both people who use to work out regularly and high performance athletes.
Mission:
We are an organization that seeks to improve overall health conditions of all of its members through our training system, which is based on calisthenics.
Vision:
We look forward to be an overall health conditions improvement reference, turning ourselves through the practice of the sport into living examples of better citizens, and in turn increasing knowledge exchange by the experience shared in our organization.
