About the Club
Established in 2014, we are Ireland’s longest running Calisthenics Club, and have always focused on the development of our sport across the country. We particularly focus on youth development and recognise the importance of a sport to young people and the positive influence our sport can have on them. All our youth programmes focus on developing our members from three aspects: Physical | Emotional | Cognitive.
We want to continue the development of the sport throughout Ireland and to see freestyle calisthenics become widely recognised across the country!
Head Coach Jamie Geraghty is the first Athlete from Ireland to compete in the WSWCF World Cup Super Final, in Hong Kong November 2019.
Freestyle Calisthenics gives people the chance to express themselves through movement and learn new skills in a social environment. We as a club have made some of our best friends through the sport and been given the opportunity to meet new people and share a connection through sport that is unlike anything else. We love what we do in Calisthenics. It is not just a physically and visually appealing sport, it has huge benefits emotionally and we help everyone involved in our club holistically. We want to develop people physically, emotionally and cognitively and our programmes reflect this.
