Open Workout

The Open Workout takes place in the main workout area of the venue and showcases that Calisthenics is truly for everybody.

The workout area has multiple parks with coaches from local and international calisthenics gyms and communities. Park will highlight different exercises and aspects of Calisthenics and you can freely switch between the parks so you can find the best fit for you. Pick a park and get active!

Workout Area 1

13:30 - 15:00

We are Freesthenicsgym and we provide calisthenics and performance training. We pay attention to the form and teach the exercises and techniques in a way that everyone can understand with as much patience as possible. Take control of your body and mind and become the stronger person you've always wanted to be.

We are ExtremeBeasts, currently certainly the most famous community in the Netherlands. Every month, somewhere in the Netherlands, we organize a session for the community that attracts an average of 50-60 people per month, with peaks of up to 100 people at a time. We were born out of passion and that is still our vision to grow the calisthenics community, come together, connect and enjoy.

At Calisthenics Amsterdam, we focus on mobility and training with our own body weight. Strongly similar to gymnastics, but with its own raw and urban touch. As it is easily adapted to each and everyone’s level, training is open for everyone to join and have fun!

Certified NASM trainer, Oxygen Advantage Breathwork Coach, Trauma informed breathwork facilitator and Dutch Regional Leader Animal Flow. As a coach, Sara prioritises playfulness, variety and exploration - key to building a resilient body and mind ready for change. She is fascinated by the body-mind-soul interconnection. She believes in the power of personal and spiritual growth, explored through embodied practices. 

Receive insights and first hand experiences about how the mind and body holistically work together. 
This workshop will give you the  opportunity to know your self on a deeper level and how you practically can apply these principles.
