What does Calisthenics provide you with?

Calisthenics to me means fighting the voice in my head telling that I can’t do it

What is your specialty / style?

I specialized into reps

How often do you train, with what – and how?

I train everyday but different discipline : calisthenics 4 days/week, aerial silk 3 days/week, pole strength 1 day/week, bootcamp 2 days/week

How do you prepare for a competition battle?

I prepare with my crew, a few days before with some sets and add some weights

How far do you go for the sports and where’s the boundary?

I go crazy for sport, I don’t stop unless my body really ask for a rest

Who is your example athlete? Why?

My number ones are Madeleine Leander and Sinia, they are my ultime goal. lso Trude Stormer because she is so strong and inspires me to keep on going. Laura Monathen because she has been the only girl present on dutch competitions and she never gave up
