What does Calisthenics provide you with?
Calisthenics is a way of life, it’s not just a training style it’s mastering your own bodyweight and having lots of fun.
What is your specialty / style?
I think my specialty is frontlever, I still have to really find my style. At the moment i’m experimenting with freestyle and static combo’s
How often do you train, with what – and how?
I train after school or even before school if I have time. I train about 3 to 4 times per week. Most of the time I train basics in the gym and do some static work. And when I go outside I do freestyle.
How do you prepare for a competition battle?
I don’t work on new moves, but try to strengthen what I already have.
How far do you go for the sports and where’s the boundary?
Right now it’s a hobby or lifestyle, I really look forward to every training. Hopefully I’ll get to participate in big competitions.
Who is your example athlete? Why?
I have a lot of people I look up to. Like people I train with they motivate me. I look up to most of the worldwide pro athletes there isn’t really one in particular.
