What does Calisthenics provide you with?

Calisthenics provides me with lessons and understanding of the value of consistent effort. A way to build my physical and mental strength. A possibility to get to know myself better which shows I can accomplish more than I knew I could. It gives me the freedom to get more energy in my life, move freely and be in the moment as I can lose myself in training.

What is your specialty / style?

Raw strength, weighted calisthenics. one arm pull ups. statics. powermoves.

How often do you train, with what – and how?

I train daily, combining weighted calisthenics with statics, functional training, yoga, fight training and cardio.

How far do you go for the sports and where’s the boundary?

I’m finding out daily that the boundaries that where once there are no more and that I can overcome the new boundaries aswel.

Who is your example athlete? Why?

Hannibal for king, oldscool raw strength.
