What does Calisthenics provide you with?

Calisthenics is my drug, I do cali when I mad, happy or sad. It gives me the energy to enjoy life to the fullest

What is your specialty / style?

Freestyle but also Muscle ups

How often do you train, with what – and how?

I train 3-4 days a week, where I do Freestyle sash once a week, statics 3 days a week and basic reps and sets every other day.

How do you prepare for a competition battle?

I prepare by taking on a good diet to perform and recover to the fullest. Prepare mentally by always telling myself that I am the champ and train my a** of.

How far do you go for the sports and where’s the boundary?

There are no boundaries for much I will do for the sport.

Who is your example athlete? Why?

Simonster is his instagram name, and he is the ideal calisthenic athlete in my eyes.
