About…

We guide people with their training. We provide help with group lessons aswell as individual training. We do this at all levels; from starters untill highly experienced athletes. Besides that we also provide lessons in schools and try to get the youth get to know more about the bodyweightsport. We are up to date with the latest techniques and make sure we know about the latest developments. We want the sport to become booming.

What makes Calisthenics such a great sport

Everyone can use it as an outlet and you can start at any level. Besides that it’s very varied and that’s what motivates and gets progression. I guided people in many divergent levels and they can all join.

How accessible is calisthenics

At this moment you see a lot of freestyle, which can look really daunting, because it’s very hard. But in reality calisthenics is accessible for everyone. If there will be more gyms like ours, than people will realise that too.

Calisthenics talent in the Netherlands

I notice we’re going hard right now, Holland is really up and coming. We are not participating at a world level… yet. Obviously. De sport is still fairly new, but we have a lot of talent. When I see those kids from around 9 years old, I see a lot of potential. If there would be more gyms, we would really create the possibilty to train indoors, instead of only outside in parcs. With that the talent will grow.

Why Calisthenics

This might sound a bit weird, but calisthenics is a sport that’s doesn’t cause injuries. If you practise it in a controlled way and with professional guidance, it’s actually the perfect sport. For everyone.

Calisthenics as an olympic sport

The ‘super human’ stuff we do nowadays really deserve a stage. Calisthenics is also a very attractive sport to watch. Only the judging part isn’t ready yet. If we could just get that part right, it could really go all out. After all it ís a high level sport.
