What is your specialty / style?

I specialise in dynamic flows with some special signature tricks

How often do you train, with what – and how?

I train 4 times a week in Primitive Gym, Harderwijk. 2 times a week i train flows and endurance, 1 time a week i train statics and 1 time a week i train endurance.

How do you prepare for a competition battle?

I prepare by training flows 2 times a week.

How far do you go for the sports and where’s the boundary?

I go for fun. For me it’s just a very exciting sport besides my other activities.

Who is your example athlete? Why?

I like Mauri dynamics because his level of dynamics is insane
