What does Calisthenics provide you with?

Being energetic, fit, socializing, getting stronger and balance in life

What is your specialty / style?

push ups, pull ups, Muscle ups

How often do you train, with what – and how?

what I mainly focus on is getting stronger. I train full body three times a week, but every training day the focus is more on 1 or 2 specific muscle groups.
The other days, i train other people in Calisthenics.

For example:
Monday:
Primary – Back and legs
Secondary – chest, shoulders, core

Wednesday:
Primary – Chest and Core
Secondary – Legs, Shoulders, Back

Friday:
Primary – Back and Chest
Secondary – Core, arms and shoulders

Weekend rest and recovery exercises

How do you prepare for a competition battle?

A lot of repetitions, focus on one goal, do not overtrain, take a good rest and eating healthy

How far do you go for the sports and where’s the boundary?

Sky is not the limit, keep pushing everyday further.
That’s why i like this quote the most. Insanity is doing the same thing, over and over again, but expecting different results.’
