What does Calisthenics provide you with?

Calisthenics is my lifestyle, it brings people togheter from all around the world and a new sport worth being spread.

What is you specialty/style?

I used to do statics, but nowadays I mostly focus on basic training.

How often do you train?

3 to 4 days per week at the gym I train at bars mostly.

How do you prepare for a competition battle?

I’m a judge at official battles and competitions in my country.

How far do you go for the sport and where’s the boundary?

Health is very important and my own body doesn’t help me to do the extreme even most of the statics moves, so I stick with normal bodyweight training.

Who is your example athlete? Why?

I started with the BarBrothers 5 years ago and they keep inspiring many, but nowadays my motivation is myself and love grows with those around me doing the same sport.
