Biography
What does Calisthenics provide you with?
Calisthenics to me is living a healthy and balanced lifestyle, making new friends and sharing the passion we have. It is also a great way to escape from the reality.
How often do you train?
Almost every day, but the most importand thing, is to listen to your body. I do train freestyle, skill workouts, mobility, flexibility, freestyle and reps & sets.
How do you prepare form a competition/battle?
I work on my flow while training in the gym or outside and focus on my statics.
How far do you go for the sports and where’s the boundary?
Calisthenics is my lifestyle and I can’t imagine what I’m going to do without this sport. I think there are no boundaries.
Who is your example athlete? Why?
Gabo Saturno because he inspires me a lot with the story he has. Lazar Novovic: because of the videos from barbrothers I started Calisthenics. Vitaly Melnik, because he is one of the most complete athletes and of course my team mates #primitivefreestyleteam.
