What does Calisthenics provide you with?

Calisthenics to me means, making a lot of fun and gains with friends. It makes me happy everytime.

What is your specialty / style?

I specialise in, freestyle and statics combined.

How often do you train, with what – and how?

I train mostly 5 times a week, with my bodyweight of course, some rubberbands and bars. I train basics, statics and freestyle.

How do you prepare for a competition battle?

I prepare by just training how I always do and taking 3 days rest before the competition.

How far do you go for the sports and where’s the boundary?

I go as far as it makes me happy. my big goal is master most of the hardest statics and dynamics with passion and love.
