Calisthenics means a lot of fun for me and gives me a challenge to work hard for.

What is your specialty / style?

Powermoves/statics

How often do you train, with what – and how?

I train 6 or 7 days a week.

How do you prepare for a competition battle?

Just follow my normal training routine

How far do you go for the sports and where’s the boundary?

I go as far as I can go and searching for the boundaries.

Who is your example athlete? Why?

I like a lot of athletes. For example Zoran Pesterac and Daniels Laizans. I really like their style.
