My Calisthenics journey started about 2 years ago and it didn’t take long for me to become absolutely obsessed with the sport. My training was a little restricted from the start due to persisting injuries but Calisthenics allows for great workarounds!

My main focus in training has always been Weighted Calisthenics. I just love pushing the limits on the basics such as pull-ups and dips and would one day love to compete in a 1RM competition. Over time I’ve added some skill work into my training, specifically handstand training. Unlocking the One Arm Handstand is my ultimate goal for skills!

My preferred way of training is a mixture of:

  • Weighted Calisthenics
  • Weight training
  • Yoga

I think it’s important to not only be strong but also be able to move well. Add in some accessory work with weights and I find you’ve got a pretty well-rounded workout!
