  • What does Calisthenics provide you with?

calisthenics provides me with an oppurtunity to not only meet and train new people but to step out of my usual environment and challenge myself and to also encourage others to push themselves and achieve tasks they think they couldn’t. makes me feel good and exhilirated

What is your specialty / style?

reps, sets and endurance.

How often do you train, with what – and how?

i try to train around 2-3 times a week, usually with my training partner. We built our own callisthenics gym in my garden so we generally train there or sometimes got to different calisthenics parks,

How do you prepare for a competition battle?

i don’t compete

How far do you go for the sports and where’s the boundary?

i go as far as making sure i wake up on a sunday morning no matter what to deliver a free session to the community, i have people over at my house so they can train and promote the importance of a healthy lifestyle particularly through the month of feburaury.

Who is your example athlete? Why?

i wouldnt say i have an example athelete however i do look to the other barzglobal captains for inspiration when it comes to calisthenics as they are the people that made me fall in love with the sport.
