What does Calisthenics provide you with?

A healthy lifestyle, strong body and a lot of friends.

What is your specialty / style?

Statics & Powermoves.

How often do you train, with what – and how?

I train basic Calisthenics 3 times a week (monday, wednesday, friday). On Tuesday and Thursday I do some running or stretching and in the weekends sometimes I practice some Freestyle.

How do you prepare for a competition battle?

I don’t specifically prepare for that, if your basics are fine it should be no problem.

How far do you go for the sports and where’s the boundary?

I train at my home, in my barn and in the Street Workout park nearby (10 minute walk). That’s fine for me. With events or competitions i’d find it no problem to travel further.

Who is your example athlete? Why?

Emanuele Majeli, because he is the master of Statics. Benjamin Serrano, because he’s the King of Frontlever. Yuri Orobets has some of the cleanest static and powermoves. Jordan Rollins with his unique freestyle style. Shaked Hulio is my all time favorite over the years!
