What does Calisthenics provide you with?

Calisthenics changed the whole world for me.. Not only that you learn new skills and get unbelievable strength, it also develops your mind and i was able to build a new family in my city.Calisthenics changed the whole world for me.. How often do you train, with what – and how?

usually i train 6x a week but not everyday hard.. i make my own program but it changes from time to time.. for example in the winter I focuse more on strength and in the summer a litle bit more freestyle

How do you prepare for a competition battle?

I prepare by trying some combos the weeks before the competition.. The week when the competition is, I slow down and only do some basics. Sleep is very important to me haha

How far do you go for the sports and where’s the boundary?

I go as far as my body allows me to go.. I always listen to my body but you can set new boundaries if you work hard.. and that’s what I’m doing

Who is your example athlete? Why?

I like Victor Allendes & Andrea Larosa because of their unlimited strength and they also focus more on statics and power elements than dynamics.. That’s also the way I want to go
