I train and coach calisthenics
How often do you train, with what – and how?
I train roughly 3 times per week at calisthenic parks or bars
How do you prepare for a competition battle?
I do not currently compete
How far do you go for the sports and where’s the boundary?
I go as far as running free sessions for the community and have people round at my house to train and cook healthy meals together

I do not have an example athlete however I do look up to the older barz global captains as inspirationTraining
