What does Calisthenics provide you with?

Vent, the best thing i could do is train, and keep myself out of comfort zone, calisthenics is one of the best thing happened to me so far. it comes with immense challenges, injuries, happpiness and many more feelings like just unlocking a new move, you fee me 🙂

How often do you train, with what – and how?

I train six days a week, train people help them achieve their best, my training consists of pull and push method, divided by weighted calisthenics, bodyweight training, statics and hand balancing.
