What does Calisthenics provide you with?
Calisthencs to me means doing the impossible. I like a challenge and doing things nobody else can.
What is your specialty / style?
I wish to be an all-round athlete and I try to do everything. From freestyle to reps to static to weighted etc.
How often do you train, with what – and how?
I train at least 3 times a week properly. But there is not a day that goes by without me doing a handstand or any other small exercise.
How do you prepare for a competition battle?
Nothing specific right before a competition. I just try to constantly keep up with my training schedule
How far do you go for the sports and where’s the boundary?
