What does Calisthenics provide you with?

Calisthenics made me see what hard work and consistency can bring you and that you can learn anything you want!

What is your specialty / style?

Reps n sets, weighted calisthenics

How often do you train, with what – and how?

I train everyday, unless I have other obligations.

How do you prepare for a competition battle?

We as a team prepare by organising our own competition or max rep test-training.

How far do you go for the sports and where’s the boundary?

I train to improve my own numbers and skills. I would train as much as I can, although I have other hobbies aside.

Who is your example athlete? Why?

I like dominik sky and frank medrano, cause they are both lean and train by using their mind.
